Jeenbekov: We should notify the people about foundations of the traditional religion
Sooronbay Jeenbekov stated that the state policy in religious sphere must be conducted based on the principles of a secularist state. According to the Kyrgyz Republic president’s press office, the head of the state told about it at the meeting with Zayirbek Ergeshov, head of State Commission on Religious Affairs, on January 5. In his speech, Sooronbay Jeenbekov noted that over the last years the world witnesses the increase of a tendency to use the religious sphere in order to radicalize the society and to spread extremist and terrorist ideas; this tendency is dangerous for Kyrgyzstan, too. Jeenbekov said, “It is necessary to intensify measures to increase education level of the people in religious sphere; tighten up on control of unified education program in all medreses and other religious institutions. For this purpose, the State Commission on Religious Affairs must stimulate cooperation with religious organizations, DUMK (Spiritual Administration of Kyrgyzstan’s Muslims), regional authorities, Yiman spiritual culture development foundation. It is necessary to notify the people about foundations of the traditional religion”. The president also underlined necessity of registering religious organizations and educational institutions and increasing control of their financial and other activities in order to prevent spreading of religious radicalism.
Turkiston: Mabda (ideology) – is an intellectual aqeeda (doctrine) from which a state system proceeds. Any mabda consists of fikrat (idea) and tarikat (method). Consequently, the Islam mabda consists of the Islamic fikrat and Islamic tarikat. Islamic fikrat – is the Sharia solution to man’s problems that occur due to his natural instinctive demands. In other words, Islamic fikrat is Sharia explanation of every reality and our acts. Islamic tarikat – is a set of Sharia instructions that ensure existence of the Islamic fikrat and solving of problems in a society. In other words, Islamic tarikat – means the laws that prohibit any anti-Sharia actions and eradicate them from a society. Consequently, the Islamic fikrat must be protected by the Islamic tarikat. Putting in other words, we need the Sharia laws that prohibit any condemned actions or ensuring their eradication from the society. Every Muslim, who understands the essence of Islam, knows very well that it is a kufr, i.e. unbelief – to ignore this fact. Today, the Kyrgyz government is zealously promoting the project of the Kufr veiled under the pseudonym of “moderate Islam”. This project calls for repudiation from the Islamic tarikat when solving some explanations of the Islamic fikrat, and suggests their solution based on the Kufr tarikat! However, there is a Sharia law: “Any solution beyond Islam are evaluated as kufr (unbelief)”. The global system of unbelief obliges rulers and religious figures of Islamic countries to promote their Kufr project named “moderate Islamization”. The above-mentioned Yiman foundation is one of the basic projects of the Kufr that draw in a trap. However, the people they want to alienate from the society with the aid of their servants and label as “radicals” are in fact our brothers who accept Islam as an ideological system. At the same time, we need to see our brother in every Muslim in the world. Only Allah the Almighty knows who is the true Muslim, and who is a hypocrite, or, who unconsciously became an apostate. The whole truth will be revealed only on the Judgment Day. Therefore, each of us must clearly determine their position before the Judgment Day comes!
