Growth of globalization and development of integration processes also changed nature of inter-state relations. “Kyrgyzstan will intensify multi-dimensional cooperation with strategic and traditional partners both based on bilateral relations and as part of CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization), CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization), and EAEU (Eurasian Economic Union)”, Jeenbekov noted. He added, “Specifically, we plan to increase ally relations with Russia – the main strategic partner of Kyrgyzstan. China is also important strategic and trade and economic partner. Besides that, we need to strengthen neighborhood and mutually beneficial relations with the Central Asian countries on the principles of mutual respect and non-interference in affairs of each other. Of course, we will continue our cooperation with European partners”.

Otunbaeva claims that Jeenbekov is political populist. However, Jeenbekov’s above words are populist political statements and his outcome became a debut for further false and fake statements. In the same manner as previous presidents, Jeenbekov also started to blame Islam and Muslims for the problems that occurred due to his bad governance
