Saudi Arabia Mufti: It is inappropriate to against “Israel”
Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah Al-Sheikh, the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, as well as the head of Ulema (Islamic scholars) pronounced surprising fatwa. “Israel” highly appreciated the fatwa. According to the Saudi Mufti, it is forbidden to fight against the people of “Israel”, i.e. against Jews in occupied Palestine. On a local television program, Mufti answered questions of the audience about events that happened in July in Al Aqsa Mosque, and stated that it was forbidden to fight against Israel and that Hamas was a terrorist organization, and he also pronounced a fatwa that it was allowed to be in alliance with Israeli forces against Hezbollah. Israeli Communications Minister, Ayoub Kara, was delighted with the fatwa and congratulated the Mufti and invited him to visit “Israel”. “I congratulate the Saudi Arabia Grand Mufti and chairman of the Ulema Council, sheikh Abdul Aziz al-Sheikh for the fatwa forbidding fighting against Jews and forbidding to kill them. Al-Sheikh told that Hamas was a terrorist organization that hurts the Palestinians and the al-Aqsa Mosque protests are nothing more than ballooning people’s feelings and an attempt to attract people to their side by fine words, as well as that it was allowed to cooperate with the Israeli army to destroy Hezbollah. I invite the Mufti to visit “Israel”; he will be welcomed with the highest level of respect”, Ayoub Kara wrote on his Twitter.
