Draft law on banning daawat approved
Today, on May 29, parliament’s relevant committee on social issues, education, science and health approved in the first reading the draft law on banning the daawat activity. According to amendments to the “Law on religious freedom and religious organizations in Kyrgyzstan”, initiated by the State Commission for Religious Affairs, illegal proselytism will be prohibited, i.e. doorbell ringing to spread own religious views, as well as any illegal missionary activity. Breakers of this law will bear administrative responsibility. However, scholar Kadyr Malikov, who attended the session, underlined that if the daawat will be banned, then a dangerous situation as in Russia or Tajikistan will emerge when the youth go underground to movements that are more radical. He noted, “Now the daawatchi is preventing that”. Parliament member Ryskeldy Mombekov called to support the concept law, as “we are already being late to adopt it”. Evgenia Strokova agreed with him. As the result, the people’s deputies sent the draft law to parliamentary session by majority vote.
Authorities of Russia and Kazakhstan are putting pressure on Kyrgyzstan on all fronts, forcing it to enlist the Tabligi Jamaat movement as an extremist organization. Although the Tabligi Jamaat movement makes every step by permission and under control of the state security structures, however, despite this, it is subject to all oppressions because the global politics is against any Islamic community. The global system of Kufr equally sees a threat for itself in every Islamic movement, be it the Tabligi Jamaat or Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. Therefore, no matter how much these Islamic movements put efforts and how much they strengthen their relations with governments based on the Kufr system and no matter how they unite and jointly act “on the way of protecting the people’s interests”, the Islamic interests never will be implemented in the society. We have seen it when Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt headed my Morsi was provided full authority in the country but was not allowed to implement Islam in the life. On the contrary, the Kufr was raging in the country; thousands of true Muslims were executed or put in prison. The same situation is in Kyrgyzstan – the people is ruled based on the Kufr system that allows homosexuality and protects prostitutes, and allows alcohol sales. Cooperation with such a system will not bring Islam and Muslims to greatness. On the contrary, we must criticize and condemn politics and acts of the government against Islam and Muslims and support the oppressed Muslims. Moreover, we should not fear of blame of blamers; and we must follow the Sunnah in all our activities; and we must be firm and dedicated, as the companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessing of Allah be upon him). We, namely, representatives of all Islamic movements and every individual bearer of the daawat, must trust only in Allah and answer His call – “Truly, all believers are brothers”, and protect each other from the Kufr’s politics, and fight as a single body for the interests of Muslims and Islam’s sanctities. We must always remember that we cannot bear the call to Islam in cooperation and under protection of the Kufr system. As the system of unbelief will try to use the Islamic activity only for implementation of its own interests. Since security structures and state machinery of all countries in the world are under control of the Kufr, it can ban any Islamic organization that acts against its interests or refuses cooperation with it. In addition, the Kufr world can ban even those Islamic movements which act in accordance with the Kufr’s programs and which bear no threat for it. For example, Tabligi Jamaat. All organizations and movements based on Islam are important for us. Any movement based on the ideology of unbelief is dangerous and harmful for us, even if Muslims are doing it. Therefore, Muslims must refuse any proposals on banning the daawat submitted by the government to public discussion, no matter be it pre-election intrigues or pressure from the global politics forcing to do something. To attention of Muslims: Unless there is no force that would protect bearers of the daawat and their activities, every Muslim is obliged to protect them
