Suspect related to the blast on the St. Petersburg metro identified
Uzbek origin native of Kyrgyzstan with Russian citizenship is involved in St.Petersburg metro explosion. The “kabarlar.kg” information agency spread the news referring to the Russian internet newspaper “fontanka”. State TV channels of Kyrgyzstan started showing reports based on the above information since April 4. According to the agency, Maksim Aryshev, 22 years old citizen of Kazakhstan was among dead at the blast in the St.Petersburg metro on April 3. Initially, he was suspected of the terrorist attack. Also, Jalilov Akborjon, 1995 born native of Kyrgyzstan of Uzbek origin who had Russian citizenship and studied at one of St.Petersburg colleges, died in the same metro. He is considered as the second participant of the blast. However, the law enforcement authorities do not hurry to name the incident as a terrorist attack. “All signs of a terrorist attack are evident, but the investigation must consider absolutely all versions”, Dmitry Peskov, Press secretary of the Russian president, stated.
Eleven people died and 45 people were injured because of the explosion. The governor of St.Petersburg declared a three-day mourning in the city starting from April 4.

Comment: Russian society has several viewpoints on the terrorist attack. Many experts evaluate it as a special operation organized by the FSB (Federal Security Service) upon personal order of Putin who started to blast his own people again; this time, to escape from problems related to the anti-corruption demonstrations in the country. Most of Russians also hold to this version. However, what is the purpose of spreading of this groundless information that discredits specifically citizens of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan who became victims of Russia’s internal political problems? It may happen that the regime organized this special operation and had additional purpose to prepare the ground for repressive actions of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan special forces, too. As the situation around the Kyrgyz president and his team almost does not differ from the situation of Putin. That means, Putin is trying to establish a global confrontation frontline together with loyal countries in order to escape from the problems his regime encountered. The reason is that “the fifth column” , which is formed in Russia under the western influence, started to disclose conflict of Putin’s personal interests with national interests of Russia on the basis of hard evidences. Consequently, the threat of color revolution is growing in the country. Now as the Kazakh and Kyrgyz governments rely on the Putin regime, they will not last long after fall the Putin regime. On April 4, Kyrgyzstan’s State Committee for National Security (SCNS) released the statement of Rakhat Sulaimanov on the central TV channel of Kyrgyzstan: “Russia has not requested for information about our citizen, but we are awaiting and are ready for cooperation”. Note that a suspect for the terrorist attack was selected among Uzbek nationality born in Kyrgyzstan. In addition, he was presented as a Muslim. It means that everything was previously prepared and a number of problematic issues of Kyrgyzstan’s internal politics was concerned. In other words, there is an attempt of preparing the ground for possible use (if necessary) of tense relationship between Uzbek and Kyrgyz nationalists, as well as for creation of conditions for Islamization of the problem. So, they will observe public opinion after this terrorist attack and further actions will develop according to the people’s position regarding this attack. If the Putin regime, suspected of organizing this special operation, will be sure that this attack is efficiently used in its interests then he will make it a weapon in the informational political war, and this special operation will not be the last one. However, if it goes wrong and the society learns the truth and start to refuse the regime’s intrigues, then the government will stop drawing attention at this blast, and it will have to cancel future terrorist attacks.
