Uzbek authorities delimitate and demarcate its borders, whereas they should be completely abolished!
President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyayev, issued a draft decree “On the Action Strategy for the Further Development of Uzbekistan”. The draft document ministries and agencies planned to entrust the development in the first quarter of the year plan for the delimitation and demarcation of the state border with the neighboring republics. It must provide the acceleration of the process of legal registration of the inconsistent state border with Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
The debate, which sometimes escalated into armed confrontation, because of the joint borders with neighboring republics in the last reign of Islam Karimov, Uzbekistan was a daily problem. Karimov, who long managed to remain at the power, balancing power in subordination to the West or Russia, successfully held the pressure on the borders from neighbors.
The boundaries of today existing republics of Central Asia appeared in 20-30s of the last century, based on a national basis, after the capture of these territories by the communist regime, they were drawn approximately. But after the collapse of the Soviet Union in the ’90s, on the basis of these borders were five republics of Central Asia. And after each state gained its patron in the representation of a large state, each of them began to define the boundaries of their possessions. Uzbekistan became the focus of these republics because it is bordering will all CA states.
At the time of Karimov power, Russia is constantly tried to strengthen its influence in Uzbekistan. And when Russia could not agree with Karimov, one of the ways of pressure was controversial joint border, which are on rivers. Uzbekistan needs for water resources, which are used for irrigation. For example, Russia has initiated the construction of hydroelectric power station and has signed an agreement with Kyrgyzstan on the construction and operation of Kambarata-1 on the Naryn River in 2009. Construction began, but never finished. A similar example can lead to the construction of the Rogun hydroelectric power station on the Vakhsh River in Tajikistan. This project was launched in the USSR, but then it was mothballed. And in 2004, with the filing of the same Russia, the construction of the Rogun hydropower plant resumed, and eventually, stopped. Karimov repeatedly stated that water and energy problems in Central Asia in the future “may even cause wars.”
And now, the new president of Uzbekistan, took office, quickly stopped the infighting at the borders, which lasted for years, and issued a decree on the settlement of disputes on joint borders with all its neighbors. Most likely, Shavkat Mirziyayev, being loyal to the policy of Russia, does not see the threats, which feared Islam Karimov and Russia opened its arms. Now Mirzijaev impressed to the Kremlin concessions, and the Kremlin, in its turn, to get its desired politics makes concessions to Mirzijaeva and solves all Uzbek claims on water resources.
Thus colonizers, whether from the West either from Russia, achieve their own selfish goals, using border issues. A strengthening of the borders of Uzbekistan with neighboring countries, is actually strengthening the power of a colonialist presence in our lands. Since the proclamation of the so-called “independent republics” in the country, nothing has changed. None of these countries became independent, on the contrary. Freed from the colonizer in the face – the communist regime of the USSR, Now it passed into the subordination of Russian dictatorship or colonizers from the West, so they still remained practically slave states.
The CA states will get Freedom and independence only after abolishment their borders, based on a national basis, and merge into a single entity, a single Islamic Ummah. This whole area was once part of the great and mighty Khilafah State. The peoples of these republics are Muslim for centuries and culture of these peoples is inextricably connected with Islam. Allah says in His Glorious Book:
“O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.” 49:13
